Once we discuss your needs and budget, we’ll determine the best way to accomplish your business objectives.
We will assess what you are already know first – this may include speaking to other internal stakeholders. In addition to desk research, we may employ some or all of the following:
- Online custom surveys with or without images/ads/concept boards
- One-on-one interviews
- Focus groups/mini-groups – in person or online
- In-person ethnography or “shop alongs”
- Virtual ethnography
- Mystery shops/calls/web visits
- Online communities or bulletin boards
- Hybrid quant/qual interviews
