Barbara has been a senior level market research professional for over 30 years on both client and supplier sides of the market research sector, giving her both perspectives of the business.

For over 15 years, Barbara focused on the OTC/HBA space, managing a wide range of research studies with consumers, patients and physicians. She prides herself on being closely involved in all aspects of each project, from design through analytics as well as troubleshooting project challenges. Barbara has a solid foundation in research principles and a hunger to solve complex problems. She is an expert in numerous types of tactical and strategic studies, including awareness and usage, tracking, segmentation, choice modeling, concept/product testing and brand equity.

Beyond her OTC/HBA background, Barbara’s experience includes an even broader spectrum of categories, including but not limited to financial services, pets and pet supplies, CPG, retail and restaurant.

Barbara holds a B.S. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University (Magna Cum Laude).

Carol brings over 25 years of intensive custom research expertise, including both client side and supplier experience – giving her a strategic focus and a devotion to service which her clients appreciate.

Carol is skilled in designing and interpreting research using many different methodologies, across all types of customer segments (business, consumer, medical professionals, US or Global). She is particularly well-versed in all phases of the innovation process (idea screening, concept screening, positioning, product testing including forecasting) as well as brand and communications research, segmentation and market structure, claims research, price testing, and customer satisfaction. Her background includes efforts across a broad spectrum of industries, but most particularly telecommunications, financial services, over-the-counter and health/beauty aids, pet food, retail and restaurant, and home improvement.

Carol holds an M.B.A in Marketing Management from Baruch College/CUNY and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University and has completed additional graduate course work in multivariate methods and sampling.

Carol is also a trained qualitative moderator.
